Job Posting for Business Analyst I at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
Responsibilities
- Conduct impact assessment and current state analysis in order to determine impacts to processes and policies.
- Build and develop engagement and support models for Change Management Initiatives.
- Assist process improvements through the reinforcement and execution of revised processes.
- Create continuous improvement methodologies that drive change into the team.
- Collaborate and partner with cross line of business to understand change impact to the group.
- Determine and document measures of success and set up infrastructure and regular cadence to collect and measure the necessary data/metrics/engagement point.
- Change Management Support and Issue Resolution: Defect resolution, access administration, unplanned break fix, resolve data issues, training, user support.
- Tableau and Business Reporting: Creation of report requirements and testing new and existing reporting in order to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Ability to use business judgment to guide analysis, draws implications from analysis, and synthesize into clear communication.
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills and its impact in both Operational and Risk areas
- Manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work well in a cohesive team setting and independently
- Attention to detail is critical
- Ability to toggle between strategic and tactical/execution levels on readiness work
- Proficiency within the Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Tableau expertise is preferred
